The MM press shop contains a large number of semi- and fully- automatic machines, including modern high-speed multi-slide presses. Press parts in copper, brass, phosphor bronze, nickel silver, Matthey 73 (beryllium-copper), Matthey 53 (nickel-silicon-copper) and various contact bi-metals are regular production items.

Contact assemblies using all the contact forms mentioned in this booklet are a particular feature of Metalli Metals output. These includes the use of machines to produce assemblies with 2.5 to 6 mm diameter welded contacts of solid fine silver and alloys of high silver content.
